His experience includes Big 4 consulting, banking regulation, and compliance roles across financial institutions. He focuses on building and evaluating GRC frameworks to ensure compliance, profitability, and agility.

Reno is a Chartered Banker with 20+ years of experience across banking, finance, risk, fintech, and digital assets. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma and an MBA in Banking and Finance from Bangor Business School.

With extensive experience in financial services, Lee joined the company in 2016 and quickly advanced to Customer Support Supervisor. Since October 2022, he has led BankPro’s 24/7 support team, delivering exceptional service and seamless client experiences.

With significant experience in banking and consulting services, Loizos has previously worked on advisory projects with Big Four firms for major global banks. He holds an MSc in Finance from Imperial College Business School in London and combines financial and technological expertise to deliver robust and reliable solutions and payment methods to BankPro clientele.
